We specialize in integrated R&D, design, manufacturing, and production services for caster series products, and we support customized solutions based on customer requirements.

Q2: Do you offer product customization?
Yes, we provide professional OEM/ODM services. Simply provide your product drawings or specific requirements, and our engineering team will support you from concept to mass production.

Cooperation Process

Q3: How do I start a product development project?

  1. Provide your product drawings or technical requirements;
  2. Sign a cooperation agreement (exclusive sales contract available);
  3. We will begin R&D and prototyping, and regularly update you on the progress.

Q4: Do you offer samples? How is the sample cost calculated?
We support sample services (minimum 1 unit). The sample price is 50% higher than the base product price to cover small-batch production and shipping costs.

Pricing & Orders

Q5: Are there price discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, orders of 200 units or more qualify for volume discounts. The exact discount depends on the product specifications and total order quantity, and we will provide you with the most competitive quotation.

Q6: What does the quotation include?
The quotation typically includes production costs, basic packaging, and local logistics (EXW terms). If you require international shipping or insurance, we can adjust the quotation accordingly (e.g., FOB/CIF terms).

Markets & Logistics

Q7: Which markets does your company mainly serve?
We focus on the Asian, Middle Eastern, and South American markets, and we have mature international logistics channels to efficiently arrange sea or air freight.

Q8: What is the production lead time?
Sample orders usually take 5–7 working days, while mass production orders take 15–30 working days depending on quantity and complexity (subject to the contract terms).

Quality & After-sales

Q9: How do you ensure product quality?
We implement a strict IQC/IPQC/OQC quality control system and provide third-party inspection reports (e.g., SGS). All products meet ISO 9001 quality management standards.

Q10: How are quality issues handled?
We offer a 12-month quality warranty. If issues arise due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the product free of charge (excluding damage caused by human error or design responsibility).
