1.Advanced Manufacturing Facilities

2.Key Production Stages

1.Material Preparation

• High-strength steel cores, premium polyurethane, and corrosion-resistant alloys are sourced from certified suppliers have ISO 9001-compliant
• Raw materials undergo incoming quality checks with tensile strength testing, chemical composition analysis

2.Caster Frame & Wheel Manufacturing

• Frame Production: Precision-machined frames with ±0.01mm tolerance ensure structural integrity.
• Wheel Fabrication: Proprietary polyurethane casting techniques create wear-resistant, non-marking wheels tailored to floor types and epoxy, concrete, etc.).
• Spring/Bearing Integration: Dual-spring systems and sealed bearings are assembled with automated calibration to guarantee consistent performance.

3.Final Assembly & Testing

• Components are assembled using torque-controlled tools to meet EN 12529 and ISO standards.
• Load Testing: Every caster is tested under 100% of its rated load to validate durability.
• Mobility Checks: Swivel rotation, braking functionality, and wheel smoothness are verified through automated inspection systems.

3.Quality Assurance in Production

• Multi-Stage Inspections: Quality checks occur at every stage of material, component, assembly, final product.
• Certifications: Production complies with ISO 9001, EN 12529, and Other Relevant Standards, ensuring global acceptance.
• Traceability: Each batch is documented with material lot numbers, production timestamps, and inspector logs for full traceability.
