Project Focus: To develop a high-torque, precision steering module for a new generation of Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGVs) in a large e-commerce fulfillment center.
The Challenge: Existing single-wheel drive casters lacked the traction and stability needed for rapid acceleration and deceleration while carrying heavy, tall loads. This limited the overall efficiency and speed of the logistics robots.
Our Solution: We designed a compact AGV Dual-Wheel Drive Caster Module. This integrated unit features two synchronized polyurethane wheels powered by a high-efficiency brushless motor, providing superior traction and drive force.
