The 8" (200 × 50 mm) iron core PU caster is the largest and most rugged size in the K02 heavy-duty series. At 420 kg per wheel (≈ 1,680 kg on a 4-wheel set), it is built for extreme loads, rough floors and long-distance material transport across large industrial facilities.
Featuring a chemical-bonded orange polyurethane tread (Shore A 90–95) over a solid cast iron core, housed in a 5 mm black painted steel top-plate fork with a 6202 deep groove ball bearing, this wheel rolls over debris, floor cracks, metal shavings, cable trays and threshold ramps that would stop smaller diameters cold.
It is the preferred choice for large format laser cutting machines, industrial generators, mobile racking systems, construction material handling and heavy-duty warehouse trolleys.
