• Project Focus: To create a caster that meets the stringent hygiene and corrosion resistance standards of a food processing plant while fitting under equipment with minimal clearance.
• The Challenge: Standard casters were too tall to fit under new processing vats, trapped debris, and were prone to corrosion from daily high-pressure chemical washdowns.
• Our Solution: We developed an Ultra-Low Profile, Fully Sealed Stainless Steel Caster. The design features a total height of less than 3 inches (76mm), with a smooth, crevice-free body and a sealed precision ball bearing system.
