The wheel uses PP-on-PP dual-color injection molding — a red PP tread layer over a black PP core. This gives a premium two-tone look while keeping the wheel 100% plastic, lightweight, and rust-free.
PP hardness of Shore 95-98 on the D scale means the wheel resists deformation under heavy static loads. It will not go flat like rubber, and it outlasts soft TPR in high-abrasion environments.
No iron core means significantly less wheel weight. A lighter wheel means lower rolling resistance and easier pushing, especially for female operators and elderly users.
The all-plastic wheel will never rust. Safe for outdoor use, wash-down areas, food processing, and marine/offshore environments where iron-core wheels would corrode.
PP is the most cost-effective caster wheel material. You get 200kg capacity at a fraction of the cost of PU or nylon. Perfect for price-sensitive projects and large volume orders.
