The PP-4 is a 4-inch (100 mm) light-duty caster built around one simple idea: deliver a good-looking, smooth-rolling wheel at a price that makes bulk sense. The wheel uses a PP-on-PP (polypropylene-over-polypropylene) two-shot structure — a bright red outer tread wrapped over a black PP core — giving it the eye-catching red-and-black look our customers love, while keeping the whole wheel light, rust-free and inexpensive to produce.

It is offered in two builds: a standard rigid version, and the 80-S-MKP-450 heavy-duty Korean-style red plastic-core version (red PP wheel on a galvanized bracket) described in detail below. Both are rigid, no-spring designs — the focus here is value, floor protection and smooth rolling, not suspension.

This is the 4-inch (100 mm) heavy-duty Korean-style red plastic-core wheel — the model shown in our specification table. It uses a red PP (plastic) tread over a solid plastic core, mounted on a thick galvanized steel bracket. The look is bold and clean, and the build is made for real load: 200 kg per caster, 6202 bearing, 143 mm installation height and 5.5 mm bracket. No spring, no brake mechanism — just a rigid, hard-wearing wheel that rolls well and holds its load.

This is a standard rigid caster. It does not include a brake, so there is no comparison with any brake type — we simply describe what it is and where it fits.
